Epic Outlook 2017 is a byproduct of Epic Foundation’s global Selection Process. In 2015 and 2016, Epic’s team has analyzed 30,000 data points coming from 2,000+ organizations, traveled to meet fantastic teams in over 65 organizations across 5 continents, and collaborated with 100+ foundations, think-tanks and venture-philanthropy funds. This has allowed to identify outstanding organizations, interesting trends and social innovations. Research and analysis for Epic Outlook 2017 was conducted using Epic’s assessment methodology which covers for each organization 15 criteria across three key areas: Impact, Operations and Governance.
