SolutionMekong Sub-Regional Leadership Development Programme aims to produce leaders and specialists that are critical, responsible and put the development of their country at the core of their personal career. This next generation of change agents will be the driving force behind a more equitable and transparent socio-economic development in their countries. This initiative by Child's Dream Foundation will provide a four-year scholarship for 6 students from Myanmar, 6 students from Cambodia and 6 students from Laos to attend an undergraduate university. The applicant pool includes students of all ethnicities in addition to Myanmar refugees and migrants living on Thai soil. These funds would cover four years of tuition fees, as well as school books, uniforms, and the student's living expenses. Child's Dream Foundation provides leadership and development workshops as well as exposure trips to complement their tertiary studies. The initiative hopes to cultivate scholars who may serve as future leaders in their country, promoting tolerance and diversity, and contributing to the development of their communities. Child's Dream Foundation assesses their application materials (including essays and required documentation, such as verification of university admission), conducts interviews with shortlisted candidates, and then makes the final selection. The selection criteria are as follows:

- Extracurricular and community activities
- Leadership potential
- Quality of written essays
- Recommendation letters
- Future plans
